Matched Bets is a new matched betting service launched in August 2016. But in that short amount of time, it has already gained some very loyal users.
It claims to be better than other matched betting services in terms of cost, tools, and support. Let’s examine those claims.
Matched Bets has two membership options. You can join for free and have access to three free trial offers that can earn up to £50. Or you can get the premium membership for £14 a month or £140 a year. Making it £1 a month cheaper than most of the competition – so it is cheaper, but not much.

The Website Layout
The website has a beginner-friendly setup. It’s very straight-forward and easy to navigate.
But I do think the design should be improved. The colour schemes clash and it can make it difficult to understand what is going on. It also took me a while to realise that there are multiple pages of offers, with a small ‘next’ button at the bottom of the page.
Matched Bets has some unique features not available in other major matched betting services like Oddsmonkey and Profit Squad. It has its own bet tracking (say goodbye to those spreadsheets!). And it has the live chat online so you get faster replies if you have any questions. And it is mobile optimised so you can do matched betting anytime, anywhere.
How Are the Specific Offer Tutorials?
Matched Bets has extensive video tutorials and text guides on how to do different offers.
The image below shows is one of the early customer offers. William Hill. It is a bit of an eye-sore, all the different competing colours, but the information and video is good.
MY FAVOURITE FEATURES
But my favourite feature is the live chat tool.
I tested it out a few times when writing this article, and each time it really was ‘live’. I got immediate responses from someone who obviously knew what they were talking about.
£14 a month for instant unlimited support would be an awesome deal, even without all the other features.
You could use it to double check your calculations, to make sure you’re laying the correct market at the exchange, or just suggest your next offer.
WHAT ABOUT THE COMPETITION?
No true Matched Bets review would be complete without comparing it to other major matched betting services such as Oddsmonkey and Profit Squad.
Considering that they only started a few months back, their forum isn’t as active as their competitors’. But that is offset by the awesome and unique live chat feature.
In terms of the number of offers, Matched Bets is on par with the rest. In fact, they have more video tutorials than the market leader, Oddsmonkey. But they are a bit lacking in reload offers and do not have a daily offers calendar.
The site isn’t as pretty as the competitors, but that shouldn’t detract from the quality of information.

I would recommend Matched Bets to any beginners or those struggling to transition from the first few offers to the more complicated ones. The live chat feature is awesome and something I hope that their competitors will copy.
I have big hopes for how Matched Bets will develop. It is less than a year old and if they keep adding offers and features at the rate they are I wouldn’t be surprised if they soon become the market leader.
